Mitul wasn't gonna put these back in his suitcase, so I benefit. I visit him and it turns out to be a highly lucrative trip:

1. Half a jar of strawberry flavored protein
2. Arnold Schwarzenegger's New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding.

I'm more excited about the encyclopedia. I started doing dumbbell pullovers to expand my rib cage and I'm bringing in more variety to my workouts.

I need more chest.

I go to the Y, and there are these ads for amateur competitions:

Bodybuilding
Powerlifing, just bench press I think
Strongman

I've got muscles. I can lift. I'm strong. But it'd probably be silly for me to enter those contests. I don't have much mass, and I can't really do the major lifts that well. I'm somewhere and nowhere at the same time. 148 pound folks will bury me in any lift, and that's the category I'd be in. Hey if entry were free maybe I could enter for kicks.

Hee Hee.
